Voodoo King - A Louisiana staple the Po' Boy. This is our tribute to Bennie and Clovis Martin the supposed originators of the Po' Boy sandwich. We use our smoked Andouille sausage dressed with greens, tomato, grilled shrimp and our house made remoulade sauce,
Wallace & Gromit - A little spin on Bangers and Mash. An English Banger topped with caramelized onions and mushrooms, a little green pea puree and finished with Wallace's favorite Wensleydale cheese.
The Derby - Based on the classic Kentucky Hot Brown sandwich. We take our sage and garlic turkey sausage, toss on some thick cut bacon, tomato slices, fresh parsley and finish it with our mornay sauce. One of out favorites.
